House Policies

Advanced reservations are suggested with a two-night minimum stay required on special weekends (Graduations, Homecomings, and Car Shows).
 
Check in after 3 PM; check out by 11 AM; Please call if you are going to be later than Expected Time of Arrival.  

A $25.00 per night cancellation fee will be charged if cancellation is not received at least 2 weeks prior to date of stay.

For a special weekend, if a cancellation is made fewer than 72 hours prior to date of stay, the full amount of your reservation will be charged unless the room can be rebooked, in which case the $25.00 per night cancellation fee will only be charged.

In case of  no cancellation (no show), a charge will be made for your full reservation amount.  

Smoking is permitted outside only.
